Biography
Dr. Arpaporn Sutipatanasomboon is experienced in cell biology and molecular genetics research and is a registered patent agent with the Thailand Department of Intellectual Property. Her passion is to integrate early health technology assessment and intellectual property management to support decision makers, innovators and promote access to innovative technologies.
