Biography

Siobhan has spent over 10 years working in public health at the national, regional, and global level, with experience across health technology assessment, market shaping, vaccine implementation, and capacity building in Asia, Africa, and the Americas. She has led studies employing a variety of methodologies, including system dynamics, qualitative case study, futures research, multi-criteria decision analysis, economic evaluation, and interdisciplinary reviews. Her work focusses on addressing gaps and challenges in current HTA practice, especially in resource-constrained settings.
