Content

The objective of this study is to analyze the impact on the national budget of Chemotherapy as adjuvant therapy. The costeffectiveness and cost-utility of providing adjuvant therapy for stage III colorectal cancer patients were estimated. The regimens with and without Oxaliplatin for stage III colorectal cancer patients were compared. The 5-Fluorouracil based regimen was 5-Fluorouracil/ Leucovorin, the Fluoropyrimidines based regimen were Capecitabine monotherapy and Capecitabine/Oxaliplatin (XELOX Regimen), and Platinum based regimen is 5-Fluorouracil/leucovorin/oxaliplatin (FOLFOX).
